A: We accept returns within 30 days from the date of delivery. To be eligible, the hardware must be uninstalled, in its original packaging, and include all assembly components (screws, spacers, and brackets) in their original sealed bags.

A: No. We believe in transparency and do not charge any restocking fees ($0.00) for authorized returns that meet our condition requirements.

A: Given the heavy-duty nature of metal brackets, they can occasionally sustain impact damage during transit. If your order arrives damaged, please email us at [email protected] within 48 hours of receipt with clear photos of the damaged part and the shipping label. We will prioritize a replacement for you.
A: We use industrial-grade powder coating for our mounts. Minor variations in finish texture or color may occur due to studio lighting or individual monitor calibration. These aesthetic variations are a standard characteristic of industrial-grade powder coating and do not affect the structural integrity of the mount.
A: We accept major credit cards, including Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover. All transactions are processed in USD through secure, SSL-encrypted gateways. We do not store your full credit card details on our servers.
A: We have a very narrow cancellation window of 12 hours after purchase due to our automated processing. Once an order has entered the shipping stage, it cannot be canceled and must be handled as a standard return.
