Product Representation & Color Accuracy
We aim to display our industrial mounting hardware as accurately as possible; however, the following professional tolerances apply:
Color & Finish Discrepancy: Due to variations in digital monitor settings, lighting conditions during photography, and the nature of industrial powder-coating processes, the actual color or texture of the metal finish may vary slightly from the images on your screen. Such variations are a standard characteristic of industrial-grade metal hardware and are not considered defects.
VESA & Weight Capacity Specs: All load-bearing capacities and VESA hole patterns provided are approximate and based on standard engineering estimates. It is the user’s responsibility to verify the exact weight and mounting specifications of their display equipment before attempting installation.
Industrial Tolerances: As these are heavy-duty metal components, minor industrial tolerances in dimensions (within 1-3mm) or microscopic surface abrasions on non-structural areas (incurred during transit or cooling) may be present. These do not compromise the structural integrity or safety of the mount.
Usage & Safety Responsibility
The safety of your display setup is contingent upon proper installation and adherence to equipment limits.
Installation Liability: DeskMountPro is not liable for equipment damage, personal injury, or property damage resulting from improper installation. This includes, but is not limited to, mounting hardware onto unsuitable wall types (such as non-reinforced drywall), exceeding stated weight limits, or using incorrect tools.
Wall Integrity: It is the customer’s sole responsibility to ensure the wall or mounting surface is structurally capable of supporting the combined weight of the mount and the display. We strongly recommend consulting a professional contractor for complex or heavy-duty installations.
Maintenance: Users should periodically check all bolts and fasteners to ensure they remain tightened. DeskMountPro is not responsible for failures resulting from long-term hardware fatigue or lack of maintenance.
Errors, Shipping & External Delays
DeskMountPro reserves the right to correct any typographical errors, inaccuracies, or omissions regarding product descriptions, pricing, and availability at any time without prior notice. We reserve the right to cancel orders based on incorrect pricing or stock information.
Furthermore, all shipping and delivery estimates are provided as references only. DeskMountPro is not responsible for delays caused by external factors, including but not limited to carrier backlogs, severe weather, mechanical failures, or incorrect shipping addresses provided by the customer. We are not liable for any consequential losses arising from delayed delivery.
Limitation of Liability & Governing Law
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, DeskMountPro, its officers, and employees shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or the purchase and subsequent use of our products. These terms and your use of the website are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Arizona, USA, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these terms shall be resolved exclusively in the courts located within Phoenix, Arizona.
