We are committed to transparency and providing clear expectations regarding the transportation of your order. Please review these terms carefully before placing an order.
We exclusively serve the contiguous United States (the lower 48 states). We do not offer shipping to Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, or any international destinations.
Important Restriction: Due to the oversized and heavy-duty nature of our display mounting hardware, orders are shipped via standard ground services. Consequently, we are unable to deliver to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO military addresses. Please provide a valid physical street address at checkout to ensure successful delivery.

Once your order has been processed and shipped, a shipping confirmation email containing your tracking number will be sent to the email address provided at checkout. Please be aware that tracking information typically requires 24 to 48 hours to activate and update in the carrier’s system.
If your order contains multiple heavy or bulky components, they may be shipped in separate packages to ensure safe transit and comply with carrier weight limits. In such cases, you may receive multiple tracking numbers, and packages may arrive on different business days.
Customers are strictly responsible for providing an accurate and complete shipping address during checkout. DeskMountPro is not liable for delayed deliveries, lost packages, or additional reshipping fees resulting from incorrect or incomplete address entries.
If the carrier’s tracking system indicates that your package has been “Delivered” but you cannot locate it, we advise checking with neighbors and the surrounding property first. If the package remains missing, you must contact the respective carrier directly to initiate an investigation. We will assist with the claims process where possible, but we do not assume liability for packages lost or stolen after a confirmed delivery scan.
Industrial mounting equipment is heavy and can occasionally sustain damage if severely mishandled during transit. If your order arrives with structural damage or missing hardware due to shipping, you must report it to us within 48 hours of receipt.
To file a claim, please send an email to [email protected] including clear photographs of the damaged item, all damaged exterior packaging, and the visible shipping label. Once verified, we will arrange for a replacement or a refund in accordance with our return procedures.
